We bring together leaders from all backgrounds who share a common interest: creating generational wealth, making an impact on our society, and ensuring that women have a seat at table. 

  • CEO of SWITCH and General Partner at the W Fund

    Kate is CEO of SWITCH and General Partner at the W Fund, a venture capital firm investing into women and underrepresented-led tech startups. She is also an active angel investor and SPV lead, with over 50 companies in her combined angel, SWITCH and VC portfolio.

    She’s lived in the tech startup world for almost 20 years, and has played an active leadership role in the women in tech and entrepreneurship ecosystem throughout, having previously led as President a global, 60+ chapter organization focused on the issue for several years prior to coming to Women 2.0 (now Switch) in 2016.

    The two decade combination of her operational experience in startups, her active work with thousands of early-stage founders, and her deep expertise on and central commitment to gender and representation in the ecosystem has positioned her as a expert and leader on the creation and development of a more equitable future for our innovation economy.

    She’s also an EIR at Techstars, and has held prior roles as CMO of untapt, an AI-driven tech talent marketplace based in NYC, COO of Atribute, a next-gen scaled learning platform, and Adjunct Professor in PR and Marketing at at Syracuse University.

    Kate has keynoted, spoken at and been featured in 100s of places, including SXSW, Collision Conference, Fast Company, Fifteen Seconds, UNLEASH, Microsoft, IBM, MSNBC, Techcrunch, IBT, the BBC and Al Jazeera.

    She holds BAs in Political Science and African American History from the University of Rochester, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

    Alexandra Satine was born and raised in Venezuela and migrated to the US, embracing both cultures to bring passion, commitment, and diversity to every facet of her career.

    As a former founder and entrepreneur, she is most passionate about building and leading businesses by creating an ecosystem of support. She is an entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful businesses.

    She brings nearly two decades of experience in operations and finance, driving success for Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups. Her areas of expertise include fashion, fintech, Web3, CPG, and healthcare.

    Alex Co-Founded Your Cohort to build individualized partnerships with high-growth founders to provide vital support to position startups for scalability.

  • Founder of She’s Independen

    Natalie Levy is the Founder of She’s Independent, a women-first investment group offering an entirely new way to support women’s financial independence and influence through investing and board placements.

    As a member-led investment group, She’s Independent marries empowerment and action, with the ultimate mission of closing the power gap in investing by getting more women on the cap table, in the boardroom, and into positions of influence. Over the next 12 months, She’s Independent plans to deploy over $2M of capital collectively, and has invested in 13 deals since its formation in 2022.

    An accomplished engineer turned Wall Street derivatives trader, investor, and advisor, Natalie has over a decade of tech operational experience, a portfolio of 30+ seed through later stage private investments, and has experienced liquidity events across 3 of the first 4 investments in her growth technology portfolio with an average return >20X.

    She resides in Boulder, CO with her loving rescue pup Beans and is passionate about gender equity and mental health awareness.
